We have a separate inspection cell with internal inspector for stage inspection and final inspection, which is always presented with a detailed report. The raw materials (SS 304L, Aluminium, Mild Steel, Cu., etc.) are as per IS:2062, AISI 316, TEMA, API, IBR standards. The quality personnel undertake strict measures while importing raw materials from the markets of USA, UK & Korea. Thus, our professionals test the manufacturing procedure in the following stages:
- Raw material inspection
- Quality of welding
- Inspection of shell & dishes before welding
- Radiography test of vessel
- Hydrostatic testing of vessel
- Vacuum testing of vessel
- MSLD testing of vessel
- Final inspection of the manufactured product before dispatch.
